"We joined this insurance for two full coverage vehicles without issue all was amazing at first until we had a hit in run we did the whole ordeal and put the police report in and called insurance were we were told they wouldn’t do anything without a police report we said we had one and gave them information on it and they told us they wouldn’t be covering it because they stopped covering this back in 2020 without informing all customers this."
